With an original background in Software Development & Technical Support, John spent a number of years in field technical roles supporting Software products in the Mobile Telecoms space and working closely with international Network Operators on day to day operational challenges.

After spending a number of years running the Motorola France Operation supporting France Telecom and SFR, John subsequently became part of the original senior leadership team in Motorola EMEA which set up the new Services business unit in a ground-breaking move by the company and he led the Professional Services & Systems Integration business through significant growth to become a significant Revenue & Margin contributor to the overall Motorola EMEA business. 

In parallel to running a niche Management Consultancy Practice focused on Services Innovation & Services Business Transformation John also led EMEA Professional Services businesses for companies such as Ciena, ARRIS and Commscope driving an overall Solutions-led Sales approach to customer engagement and delivery.

From his background above, John has managed large international, multi-cultural organisations so has significant people management and leadership experience in both Operations & Sales as well Full P&L Ownership for multiple EMEA-wide Business units.
